is an Arizona based non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization that for the last 40 years has dedicated to helping restore adults, children, and families from all races and ethnic backgrounds triumph over substance abuse, behavioral challenges, HIV/AIDS, child abuse and preservation of the family.

Substance Use Residential Treatment - Men
Ebony House Inc.'s Men's Level II 14 bed Residential Treatment Program seeks to provide a gender-specific program to adult men, eighteen years of age and older, that demonstrates an diverse system of intensive treatment based on American Society of Addiction Medicine Criteria (ASAM); with an expected length of stay determined by individual assessment and ASAM standards.
Ebony House follows the guidelines established by Arizona Department of Behavioral Health Services.
Substance Use Residential Treatment Services - Women
Ebony House Inc.'s Level II women's residential treatment program, Elba House, a 10 bed gender-specific program, is a specialty facility for pregnant and/or parenting women & their dependent children, which can also accommodate six (6) children under the age of 10, who reside in treatment with their parent.
A 24-hour, 7 day a week therapeutic milieu for clients and their dependent children; the Elba House intensive treatment structure is based on ASAM Criteria, and with an expected length of stay based upon each individual's assessment and the ASAM standards.
Ebony House Residential Treatment Programs are 24 hour 365-day facilities with round the clock on-site supervision.
Outpatient Services for Adults
Outpatient services target individuals who have experienced mild to moderate impairment in their family and social relationships; and/or experience employment and educational concerns related to substance use and behavioral disorders.
The program uses formal cognitive-behavioral structured curriculums that embrace Motivational Interviewing to treat behavioral issues.
Group topics, such as Grief and Loss, Stress and Depression, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Substance Abuse Treatment, Anger Management, and Conduct Disorder Management are just some of the specialty curriculums provided.
Participants are provided either standard or intensive outpatient services as indicated by the assessment and plan of service.
Relapse prevention and peer support services are also available.
Supported Housing for Adults
No cost housing is available to consumers who have successfully completed residential treatment but are not yet ready for transitional living.
Participants are required to work, attend school, or volunteer their services as they regain their place in society.
Youth behavioral health outpatient services
ebony house, inc.
(EHI) provides individualized therapeutic guidance and direction to children who need to adjust and stabilize behaviors that negatively affect relationships with parents, caregivers, siblings, and peers.
The treatment milieu includes home-based or other off-site interventions; psychiatric assessment and medication monitoring; parent/family advocacy, public education and collaborative linkage with the court system.
Program goals include stabilizing behaviors, avoiding delinquency, and achieving success in school and/or the workplace.
