Mission Statement: Founded in the early 1970's, the National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence of the San Fernando Valley [NCADD-SFV] is a non-profit community-based organization dedicated to providing multiple levels of substance-use disorder (SUD) outpatient treatment services to those in need of recovery, as well as education and prevention services to schools and the community regarding the disease of alcoholism and drug dependence/abuse and the negative effects abuse /addiction has on the individual, their family, and their community.
